Parents are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns they may have during regular office hours. Our nursing staff has been trained to answer many of your concerns and will consult with the doctor as needed. Your call will be returned in a timely manner. Since all calls are directed through Central Scheduling in Kissimee, please let the receptionist know which office to direct your nurse call to. Very limited nurse help is available during urgent care hours, so please limit your calls to regular hours unless it is an extreme emergency.
Prescription refills should be requested only between 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday. Please have pharmacy information available. Prescriptions for antibiotics require an office visit. Our nursing staff will call with lab or X-ray reports as soon as they are received. Most results take 48-72 hours.
No charge is connected with our office nurse calls.
If there is an emergency or you need to speak with a doctor or nurse within 24 hours, do not leave a message by email, please call the office. Email messages are not checked after hours and on weekends.
